Our company is headquartered in Long Beach, CA and offers full service construction management and general contracting throughout the Western United States. AHCC was founded by Alain Hirsch in 1984 and through his leadership we have grown to be one of the most respected general contracting firms in the industry.

For the past 25 years, AHCC’s efforts have concentrated in the luxury commercial market.  During this time we have been fortunate to build for some of the world’s most recognizable names and at some of the most renowned properties, including: Louis Vuitton, Macy’s, Zara, UCLA Health, South Coast Plaza, and Wynn Hotel & Resort. We are proud to have completed more than 35 shops on Rodeo Drive, as well as, stores throughout California, in every casino along the Las Vegas Strip, Arizona, Utah, and Texas. Under the leadership Alain Hirsch and our next generation leader, Case Pereira, we have grown to become the proud and thriving company that we are today.

One of AHCC’s founding principles, and that is still driving the business today, is that of creating strong and lasting business partnerships with clients and our trade partners. We have forged and continue to develop these partnerships by operating in a manner that is honest, open, and consistently professional.  Our intent is always to grow long term client respect and to work with great people again and again. Thankfully this has led to numerous multiyear and more than decade long relationships.

We are also proud of the longstanding vendor base that we have established in each of the local markets that we serve. Many of our subcontracting partners have been with us for 10 to 15 years and they are a critical factor in our sustained success. It is through these ties that we are able to ensure our client’s interests are reliably maintained and we have been fortunate to complete some truly amazing work.
